The world will end tomorrow. What do you do today?
What a horrible question to ask of someone who has already lived through the end of the world. Fifteen years ago I had to watch humanity die,
wiped out by an artificial virus created by the military. I watched as dozens, then hundreds, then thousands and then millions died all over
the world. And living inside Thunder Mountain, I had to watch the world die around me, trapped and unable to help. Do you know what it is like
to watch everyone you know, everyone you love, your own family, fall dead to this deadly painful disease in front of your eyes? If you knew
what it was like to truly see the world end, you would not ask a question like this to anyone.
The world as we knew it ended fifteen years ago. But humans kept going. If what is left of this world ended tomorrow, I'd keep doing right up
until the last minute what I do every day - fight with every breath to make the world a better, safe and equitable place for everyone.
