What's more important - self preservation or forgiveness?
I live in a world of anarchy, with no infrastructures of support. Surviving the death of all adults made my generation absolutely focused on
self preservation. Many of us carry guilt because we survived and watched our families die around us. I don't think forgiving ourselves is
part of the human psyche any more. But I'd like the world to change to the point in which people can grieve and forgive, and no longer fear
for their survival on a daily basis.
Chaos may actually be necessary for order to develop. And not just order but beauty.
