I have several short term, and long term goals, for our community. Short term, my most basic goal is to keep everyone alive, and ideally to keep the facility functioning. It is much harder than it appears, and has taken years to develop into a working routine. Long term, the primary goal is to take them outside Thunder Mountain, and create an Alliance with other like-minded communities locally, nationally, and ideally internationally. Further, to create a true democracy, where everyone participates with an equal voice. My eventual goal is to cease being leader, because our people no longer need me. They will be self sufficient, strong in their own ways, and able to determine their own needs.
