Submissions must be presented in a professional, well-organized, non-commercial, and constructive manner.

Platinum reserves the right to review, approve, and edit, without notice, all Submissions prior to publication. Submissions that do not meet Platinum’s guidelines will be deleted without notice.

Due to the number of Submissions received, Platinum is unable to respond to any inquiries. However, if a Submission is selected, you will be notified in advance of its publication.

All Submissions become property of Platinum upon acceptance as stated above, and Platinum is automatically granted a royalty-free, paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Submissions (in whole or part) worldwide, and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such Submissions.

You further acknowledge that the Submissions are derivative of preexisting material, including without limitation, the names, characters, and concepts appearing in JEREMIAH; that Platinum is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to JEREMIAH; and that accordingly you shall not have, acquire, or claim any right or privilege to use any elements of JEREMIAH.

You further agree that the Submissions do not infringe upon any other individual's or organization's rights and are not defamatory, libelous, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.
